DBR Cosmetics currently offers nationwide shipping across Pakistan. We strive to deliver to all major cities, towns, and serviceable areas through trusted courier partners.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day

  • Customers will receive order confirmation once the order is processed


3. Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other cities & rural areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan

  • Customers are requested to provide accurate contact details to avoid delivery issues

  • Orders may be cancelled if the customer is unreachable at the time of delivery

10. International Shipping

At this time, DBR Cosmetics does not offer international shipping. We currently deliver within Pakistan only.
