DBR Cosmetics currently offers shipping all over Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after confirmation

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day

  • During sales, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing time may be slightly longer

3. Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan):
    2–4 working days

  • Other Cities & Rural Areas:
    3–6 working days

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are clearly mentioned at checkout

  • Charges may vary based on:

    • Delivery location

    • Order weight

Free shipping may be offered on selected products or order values (as announced).

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in most cities across Pakistan

  • Additional COD charges (if any) will be shown at checkout

  • Customers must ensure availability to receive the parcel

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in account restrictions.

6. Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Order confirmation is sent via SMS or email

  • Tracking number is shared once the order is dispatched

7. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

In such cases:

  • The courier may attempt re-delivery

  • Orders returned due to customer fault may not be refunded

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Correct delivery address

  • Active phone number

DBR Cosmetics is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Leaked

  • With missing items

  • Take clear photos/videos immediately

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

10. Packaging

All orders are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
However, DBR Cosmetics is not responsible for damage caused by courier mishandling.

11. Order Refusal Policy

If a customer:

  • Refuses delivery without valid reason

  • Repeatedly cancels or rejects COD orders

  • Cancel future orders

  • Disable COD option
