At DBR Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality cosmetic and herbal products. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, returns, and exchanges are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of cosmetic, skincare, and herbal products, returns are accepted only in specific cases:

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a wrong product

  • You received a damaged, leaked, or broken product

  • The product was expired at the time of delivery

  • The product is missing items from the order

We do not accept returns if:

  • The product has been used, opened, or tampered with

  • The seal is broken (for hygiene reasons)

  • The change of mind after delivery

  • Damage caused by improper use or storage

2. Return Request Timeframe

All return or refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests made after 48 hours will not be entertained.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

4. Return Approval Process

Once your request is approved:

  • You may be asked to return the product (if applicable)

  • Return shipping instructions will be provided

  • Products must be returned in original packaging

DBR Cosmetics reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet policy conditions.

5. Refund Policy

a) Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Refunds for COD orders are issued via:

    • Bank transfer or

    • EasyPaisa / JazzCash

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval

b) Online Payments

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time depends on the payment gateway and bank (usually 5–10 working days)

6. Replacement Policy

If your claim is approved, we may offer:

  • A free replacement of the same product, or

  • A refund if replacement stock is unavailable

Replacement delivery time may vary based on location.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping cost (if applicable) may be borne by the customer unless the fault is from DBR Cosmetics

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used cosmetics

  • Herbal oils once unsealed

  • Personal care items

  • Promotional or discounted items (unless damaged)

9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

To cancel an order, contact us immediately.

10. Damaged Shipment Policy

If your parcel arrives in damaged condition:

  • Do not accept the parcel if visibly damaged

  • Take clear photos/video immediately upon receipt

  • Contact us within 24 hours

Failure to report on time may result in rejection.

11. Policy Abuse

DBR Cosmetics reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service

  • Limit refunds

  • Cancel orders

In cases of suspected fraud, repeated abuse, or false claims.
