1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

Refunds or replacements may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided


2. Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Opened or used skincare, haircare, or wellness products

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Sale or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrect)


3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • The product may need to be returned for inspection

  • Refunds will be processed after quality verification

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or store credit, depending on the case

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.


4. Exchanges & Replacements

  • Exchanges are offered only for damaged or incorrect items

  • Replacement products will be shipped after verification

  • Shipping costs for approved replacements will be covered by DBR Cosmetics


5. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was on our side

  • In case of damaged or incorrect items, DBR Cosmetics will bear the return shipping cost


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted


7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or store credit

  • Customers must provide accurate bank details for refund processing
